Your order will consist of the nail set(s) you purchased along with nail glue, wooden cuticle stick, nail file, nail cleaning wipes, cuticle oil wipes, and 1-3 random stickers.
In the event you wish to return an order, any and all refunds must be processed within the first week (7 days) of delivery and mailed back for inspection. Upon retrieval of the returned item(s) and examination of its condition a refund may or may not be issued.
Order processing times vary depending on order volume and time of year. On average allow up to 48 hours for your order to be received, and shipped within 3-7 business days.
Each individual set will come with 10 nails.
If it is only 1 or 2 nails that do not fit, replacements can be made at $5 a nail. If more than 2 nails don’t fit only customers who have purchased a sizing kit will be eligible for a full refund upon return of the original set.
We do not yet support shipping outside of the U.S
It is recommended that you first purchase a nail sizing kit in the shop for a more accurate fit. However you can skip this and purchase your nail set directly, using tailors measuring tape you can get a crude estimate of your nails width, if you are in-between millimeters of round up for your size. It is easier to file a slightly larger nail down to size, you cant help a nail that’s too small to fit. Keep in mind orders placed without a sizing kit reference are ineligible for a refund in the event the nail set does not fit securely.

DO NOT chew or force off your nail extensions. You will damage your nail bed and weaken/thin your natural nail! Soak hands in hot soapy water, add oil to help break down the nail glue (Olive, Coconut, Vegetable) after 15 minuets of soaking gently use the wooden stick that came with your order to slowly pry at the edges of the false nail. Continue to soak in hot water mixture and massage underneath the false nail with the wooden stick until you can easily remove the extension.
Yes, if 1 or 2 of your nails don’t fit you can get them replaced for free if you had previously ordered a sizing kit. Otherwise it will be $5-10 per nail depending on the complexity of the design or use of charms.
The sooner you cancel the better. As all the products are made to order, Supplies used to make the sets cant be undone or reused. Any orders canceled within the first 24 hours can be refunded full price. After this 24 hour window outcomes can vary if the order has already been started.
If you want to purchase a set of nails as a gift you can purchase a credit that can be redeemed at a later date. A credit is equivalent to 1 nail set.
